• Shipping Costs for direct customers

We offer 2 different shipping options:

1. worldwide FLATRATE SHIPPING (uninsured) for stamps and dies only

• Inside Europe: 1,80 EURO
• International: 3,30 EURO (approx. 4.50 USD)
   

Please be aware that this shipping option does not provide tracking numbers or insurance. There will be no refund in case of loss or damage of your package. Whiff of Joy Stamps cannot be responsible for the package once it is shipped.

2. worldwide FLATRATE SHIPPING plus insurance
An insurance fee will be added to the flatrate shipping rate. You will receive an insurance number (not trackable). In case of damage, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. In case of loss, please contact us after 3 weeks after your order hass been shipped.

3. Heavy weight extra charge for packaging and shipping

• We charge an additional fee for shipping products other than stamps and dies (e.g.paper, Twinkling H2O, punches, cling cushion).
• This fee is 1 EURO ( approx. 1,4 USD), which will be added to your bill during checkout.
• The fee only applies once per order, no matter how many products you purchase 

4. Customers from Switzerland
Please choose "insured" Shipping if your order value is higher than 60 Swiss Francs (= tax free amount). Your package will be sent from inside Switzerland with the Swiss post. This way you can avoid tax fees. 

• Shipping Costs for retailing stores

  Products ordered are shipped to the delivery address indicated during ordering. Shipments are sent using the Austrian post express package service which requires signature at delivery. The customer receives an online tracking number for their shipment. 

  Shipment costs are calculated automatically on the site when placing the order and depend upon the weight of goods ordered.

  Delivery Times

  Information about delivery times are without obligation. We, of course, try to ship your goods as fast as possible. "In Stock" products will be shipped in about 3-5 days (often faster) after receiving payment. It is only possible to buy products that are in stock via the online shop (preorders excepted).

  Returns:  

• It happens every thousand sets or so that a stamp is defect. Just let us know by sending a pic via email, and we will get you a new stamp ASAP! 

  Note:  All prices are subject to change without notice in order to adapt to exchange rates. All products will be billed in our shop Currency Euro or Swiss Francs.
